Nicole K. Trivlis

Nicole K. Trivlis received her Bachelor's in Arts from the Catholic University of America and her Juris Doctorate from Pace University School of Law, where she concentrated her studies in international law, receiving a Certificate in International Law upon graduation. Prior to law school, she took graduate classes in the field of International Relations at the City University of New York at City College. While in law school, she interned for Trial Chambers III at the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia in The Hague, The Netherlands and The United States Court of International Trade. Additionally, she was a student attorney for John Jay Legal Services Immigration Justice Clinic at Pace Law School. As a student attorney at the clinic, she filed a broad range of immigration petitions, and was permitted to actually practice before the New York City Immigration Court. As a result of her work in the clinic, she was awarded the Outstanding Clinical Legal Education Student Award and nominated for the Pace University Co-op, Internship & Experiential Education Award. In addition to her legal experience, she was actively involved in co-curricular activities at Pace University Law School. She was an advocate in three international moot court competitions, the Director of Public Relations for the International Law Society, a recipient of Pace University Law School's Human Rights in Action Nomination, and co-organizer of the International Criminal Court Moot Competitions. Nicole concentrates in the practice of Immigration, Bankruptcy and Estate Administration and Planning. She is a member in good standing of the American Bar Association, the New York City Bar Association, the Westchester County Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyer's Association and is admitted to practice in the State of New York, State of Connecticut, and the United States District Court, Southern District of New York.
