Andrew L. Baffi

Andrew L. Baffi concentrates in the practice of estate planning, wills and trusts including special needs planning with special needs trusts, asset protection, elder law, medicaid planning, taxation and guardianship law.  He has been an attorney since 2002 and is admitted to the bars of New York, Connecticut and Washington D.C. Andrew works closely with the firm’s clients to develop and implement an individualized plan to accomplish their goals. Andrew is not only a practicing attorney but is also a law professor for the University of Phoenix Online campus where he received his MBA in Accounting in 2007. Andrew is an internationally experienced commercial pilot flying throughout North and South America, Canada, Europe, Asia, Middle East, Caribbean and Mexico and currently flies for a major US airline, and is experienced in commercial, corporate and general aviation law.  Andrew’s legal credentials are supplemented by his status as a Certified Financial Planner and musician.  Andrew is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
